Thanksgiving 2007

Every year we go to Ohio to visit my mom's side of the family for Thanksgiving. It's one of our favorite traditions for more reason than one --- we love the MILLER'S! Thanks Aunt Sara for having us every year (putting up with us) and for keeping us well fed, we love you and appreciate you much!

Rosie and I having fun with my new camera!

Kisses!

John Henrik Bakken

I thought it was definetely appropriate to dedicate a blog post to my sweet nephew John. I love this little guy so much, come on though can you blame me? :-)

UPDATE on the family:

Dad -still busy working on fixing up the camper

Mom -- ran over her third mail box today -- OOPS I don't think I was supposed to say that, but I know my Aunt Sara will get a kick out of it

Brenna (Myself) -- anxiously waiting to find out if I got into the nursing program at school or not

Emily -- anxiously waiting to get her drivers license -- only a couple more hours of behind the wheel driving

Rosie -- I think she's a foot taller since you all have seen her :-)

Grace -- she wants vix vapor patches for Christmas -- don't ask me why, but she's dead serious!

Onto more exciting things: JOHN!

Cruel and unusual punishment that's all I have to say

My Love Poured Out

Over the past week, i've been able to realize how much of a blessing family is. I hate being so far away from Dan, Amy and John, but I also realize that i'm richly blessed to a part of this family. God has poured his grace out into my life and i'm incredibly thankful.

Sister Time (Finally)

Amy, Dan & John are in town for the week -- us sisters finally got to spend some time together, just the five of us (with John). We haven't spent time together like this in many years. We went to downtown Naperville and had chocolate and tea at Ethel's Chocolate Lounge. mmmm.
